Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and yupitoto ("yupitoto", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at yupitoto.cam and all associated services, features, content, games and tools provided therein.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, claiming a promotion or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and refrain from registering an account.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms apply throughout:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the yupitoto platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or other incentive amounts credited to an Account under any promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of MYR funds from a User's chosen payment method into the User's Account.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of eligible funds from the User's Account to a designated personal payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process applied to Accounts in accordance with our verification policies.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using yupitoto is unlawful.
• "Platform" means the yupitoto website, mobile interface, games, payment systems and all related services.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on yupitoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. yupitoto does not permit access by individuals under the age of 21, and registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended or banned from yupitoto or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, company or organisation in creating or operating an Account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent or immediate family member of yupitoto or any associated entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You are not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme through yupitoto or an equivalent programme that would otherwise prohibit your participation.

yupitoto reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Account Registration

Each User may register one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, identities or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. yupitoto will not be liable for losses or damage arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

KYC Verification

yupitoto applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all Accounts. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to any withdrawal, upon reaching defined transaction thresholds or at any other time at yupitoto's discretion. Acceptable documents typically include a valid national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification, together with proof of residential address. Verification of payment methods may also be required.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Malaysian Payment Methods

yupitoto supports the following payment methods for eligible Malaysian users: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Availability of specific methods may change without advance notice and is subject to each provider's own terms and conditions.

Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Account at the time of transaction. All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits are typically reflected in the Account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider, subject to standard processing times and any maintenance periods.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account, subject to KYC clearance and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements. yupitoto reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while an Account remains under investigation or where a compliance hold has been applied.

Currency

All Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). yupitoto does not accept foreign currency deposits without prior written agreement. Any applicable currency conversion charges will be borne by the User.

Bonuses & Promotions

yupitoto may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, free bets and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and game contribution percentages are specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a wagering requirement is outstanding, the maximum qualifying bet per round or transaction is limited as specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
• Claim Windows: Promotions must be claimed and any associated wagering requirements completed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• Minimum Deposit: Bonus eligibility is typically conditional on a minimum qualifying deposit as stated in each promotion.
• Single Claim: Promotional offers are intended for one claim per eligible Account unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Misuse: yupitoto reserves the right to withhold, cancel or recover bonuses where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, collusion, exploitation of technical errors or systematic bonus abuse.

Bonus amounts and wagering requirements are stated in promotional materials as illustrative figures. yupitoto does not guarantee any specific financial outcome from participation in any promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The rules applicable to specific sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, instant games and other entertainment formats are published within each respective game or market interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms by reference.

General principles applicable to all wagers and game sessions on yupitoto include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled unless expressly permitted by the applicable game rules or as a result of a documented technical error.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the published settlement rules for each sport, league and market type. Relevant competitions include, but are not limited to, EPL (English Premier League), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC events, international football and other major sporting fixtures.
• Live betting markets may be suspended, restricted or voided at any time where accurate pricing cannot be maintained or where a match incident renders fair settlement impossible.
• Casino and live dealer game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer outcome. yupitoto does not guarantee any outcome or return for any individual session.
• All indicated RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical long-term averages based on game configuration and do not represent expected returns for any individual session or player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yupitoto platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 3.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents or Account credentials without their authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing anomalies to extract value from the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting activity to defraud the platform or other users.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, databases and other materials on the yupitoto platform are the exclusive property of yupitoto or its licensed partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of yupitoto.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any scraping, crawling, data extraction or systematic download of platform content.

Privacy & Data

yupitoto collects, processes and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification and ongoing platform use may include identification documents, contact details, payment information, device data and usage records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement purposes.

yupitoto does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers and relevant regulatory authorities where legally required. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gambling

yupitoto is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. All users are encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment with a defined and affordable budget, and never as a source of income or a means of managing financial difficulties.

The platform provides access to the following responsible-gambling tools, available through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage spending.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a chosen period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yupitoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the platform, including any service outages, maintenance periods or technical interruptions.
• Any outcome of any bet, wager or game session on the platform.
• Unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays, errors or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance on information, promotional material or game-specific details published on the platform that is subject to change.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

yupitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A material breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• A User is found to be ineligible under Section 3.
• Fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity is suspected in connection with the Account.
• A compliance or regulatory obligation requires the action.
• A self-exclusion or responsible-gambling restriction has been applied.

Upon Account closure, any genuine real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on record, subject to the successful completion of any outstanding verification.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which yupitoto operates. Users accessing the platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they are responsible for compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations relevant to their use of the platform.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties may be referred to the courts or arbitration bodies with appropriate jurisdiction, as determined by yupitoto's governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Amendments

yupitoto reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users through platform notifications or by email to the address on record.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is published at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.
